Herbal tea for constipation

This isn’t such a hard one to take.

Peppermint tea helps with constipation. Add a little fresh ginger root and raw honey and you’ve really got a delicious nightcap.

My recipe for the most delicious, healthy tea, taken before retiring is calming, soothing and offers various benefits vis a vis infections, blood sugar problems and more.

I boil up about 16 ounces of fresh filtered water, with a wedge of fresh ginger root and a small piece of cinnamon stick.

Then I steep one tea bag of an organic peppermint based tea and one bag of  a chamomile based tea for around 5 minutes.

Remove tea bags but leave in ginger and cinnamon, so their properties and flavor continue to be extracted. Add a packet of stevia and a tablespoon of honey, preferably raw and organic.

Now enjoy a delicious, refreshing, calming big mug of tea.
